Thank you for the feedback, George. Upon retesting your samples we are still confident in that the plants are genetically female but expressing pollen sacs (hermie plant). Unfortunately our tests do not detect herm plants or herm traits. Regardless, we hope that you can utilize the 5 free replacement kits we provided and that you have a better experience in the future.

I wanted to reach out regarding a recent experience with your testing services. I was not pleased with the turnaround time—it took significantly longer than expected, which impacted our workflow. I have two additional tests I could send in, but I’m feeling hesitant given the delay with the last submission. Before moving forward, I’d appreciate some clarification on your current processing times and whether improvements have been made.

Your samples arrived on a Monday and were completed in 5 business days, which is within our posted 1–5 business day window for the type of testing you ordered, though I understand that still felt slow on your end. This was a rare case as most submissions like this are ready in around 3 business days.
