Finance of America ReverseReviews of fareverse.com

Agent was easy to get a hold of in Indianapolisuntill it was time to transfer money. Tried 5 times to contact him about a problem and never called back our a thank you for the bussiness so I guess it is all about the money only.

The whole transaction was excellent. Carol was great in keeping us informed. Everyone was so efficient from the Notary Service to the Appraiser and Title Company. Our loan closed quickly and we were very pleased with the service. Highly recommend Finance of America Reverse.

Far exceeded my expectations with regard to rapid response to queries, rich and deep explanation of any and all matters preceding and during the process of exploration and process. The whole experience from intiational contact to availability of funds went smoothly and without impediment. America Reverse personnel were friendly, informative, patient and, dare I add "cheery". I will recommend them to anyone with whom I come in contact thinking about a reverse mortgage.

Pleasant experience. Agent very helpful. bsinaz

William Bowman was my RM loan advisor. I was pleased with him up to the point where he lied to me regarding the appraisal fee, as he mentioned he/Finance of America Reverse, would "Take Care" of the appraisal fee as a ploy to get my business, but that was a lie. When I received my final loan documents the appraisal fee was listed as my cost. I spoke with William about his statement of “I'll take care of the appraisal fee”, and he stated that was only if I decided to not go with Finance of America Reverse. I don't like to be lied to.....watch out for deceitful people.

Great company and people! Would recommend. Great experience with all involved and everything went very smooth. Thank you to all!!!!

Your company is far excrement in Customer service than another company my son was working with that was rated high ??? So to our advantage he found you and your wonderful employee who was honest up front above 3 other companies my son tried at the last minute to test the waters as the saying goes !!! We. Are completely Satisfied and he is helping another friend who has no one too be concern for her so as we spoke we said what happens to the other people who have no help like we found with your company. They fall To the dad's or tv advertising etc etc Not knowing that the actors are paid For their sales pitch !!!! Thank you For being honest and giving your Wonderful help to us. Grace Smith

Every person at the company was incredibly professional and helped me step by step through the process. My contact, Tim Cranston, was informative and especially backed up every fact and detail with examples and third party support who confirmed his information. He also gave me time to research the product and discuss it with my family. Then when I made the decision the rest of the process was so smooth. There we some minor "right hand , left hand" confusion at the end, but nothing that didn't get sorted out right away. All in all, I was very satisfied.
