At closing I was told about all the follow up I would get starting that same day . It was 10 days before I heard anything from anyone - - I was actually ghosted which was not a very secure feeling .

Finance of America Reverse is a lesson in who NOT to trust with your future. I have had to deal with your "Loss Draft Department" for MONTHS trying to get them to send back the roofing contractors money from my insurance company for MONTHS!!! Ive spoken with managers who lie about returning calls. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney Generals Office and will warn everyone to AVOID this corrupt company at all costs.
