very helpfull , professional and understanding

Simon was very helpful and professional!

I had two missed flights with this company but I purchased the cheapest travel insurance and each time it was granted, as stated. It is the holidays and many unforeseen circumstances arise. This company is legit and will reimburse you if there are any issues with your flights. Their customer service representatives were helpful during these flight delays. Would recommend!

Dexter was Amazing

our person Lucifer Smith was wonderful. He was very very helpful. He made getting our tickets easy> He was able to answer all my questions. JUST A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Douglass was helpful, and professional.

Mr Eric Johnson helped with all my questions and stayed with me until the end. I truly appreciate that he took his time and made sure everything was correct before rushing to take my money, so yes he went above and beyond his scope of duties in my opinion. I am glad he was my representative. I certainly will be calling him again

Had a very awesome representative, Douglas Morales, who was very attentive and have great cushy service. Made my day.
