ABSOLUTE FRAUD company. They send you an email that says they will send you booking and then another that says they will send your tickets. They don't actually send tickets. They say also in 72 hrs they will send boarding passes to your inbox. They don't actually send boarding passes. Showed up 2 hrs early for the flight to be told I was past the registration window. On the airlines website they say you can check in and get boarding passes up to 60 minutes from the flight time. But since they said they would send the boarding passes we spend 45 minutes running around to try and figure out the mix up. Turns out you have to physically check in on the airline website. And it's extremely confusing as the check in box sends you to the app. Which the app doesn't work to check in. However there are 3 little bars that are in the pull down and if you click it and select check in it will then not take you to the app to get the boarding passes but you have to do this before minute 60 prior to the flight or you're considered a no show. So ... No boarding passes provided like they claim. No tickets provided like they claim. FRAUDULENT and FALSE and MISSLEADING and they won't refund. Good thing I took screenshots but now I have to call my bank and dispute and I missed my flight a week before Christmas.

Supuestamente tenía un vuelo reservado en United y de pronto me llamaron para decirme que mi vuelo habia sido cancelado y que iba obtener el reembolso total ( reembolso no recibido) y me hicieron una reserva con American la cual fue cobrado por Fares On Fleek y tambien por American, cuando yo llame para hacer el reclamo el agente de Faresonfleek Alfredo cortaba la llamada y me dejaba hablando sola y seguí intentando hablar con ellos y nunca mas respondieron el teléfono, son unos estafadores de primera, tener mucho cuidado

I bought roundtrip, first class tickets for 2 for a flight from LAX to Seattle, leaving Los Angeles on August 6th and returning on August 13th. We should be in Seattle right now. Instead, we are sitting at home. When I tried to get our boarding passes, Alaska Airlines had no record of us having tickets. The booking confirmation had us taking American Airlines to Seattle and United Airlines on the return trip. The e-tickets had us on Alaska Airlines both ways. I didn't compare the e-tickets to the booking confirmation, which was a mistake. I knew I had booked with an A airlines, so I thought it was Alaska. When Alaska couldn't find our flights, I checked with American Airlines. They didn't have flights for us either. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Today I received a call asking me to cancel my dispute and then I will get a full refund. Do I believe I will get a full refund after I cancel my dispute!?? They didn't answer their phones or return my email after contacting them from their website! Fool me once, but I've learned my lesson.

These guys are dishonest. First off they charge you USA dollars in Canada but it doesn’t say this on the site or at check out. 2nd they messed up my email which started flyer but they submitted it to flair chalezs9ad@ something. So I didn’t get my check in email to save $25 for not making the desk do it. Secondly had a hell of a time with flair horrible line up and others cut in front of me almost missed my plane was charged $94 for a single small bag. Called fare on fleek they say we don’t get the money flair does. Nothing is refundable. Had to call 2 times and both agents say different things. Different policies. No help. They barely could speak English or understand my problems. Never use flair or fares on fleek. Scam scam scam

ITS A SCAM!! The tickets are low but in order to get an eticket, you have to pay for the seats which are $60 in my case and they won't give a refund. I didn't know this until after the purchase. They claim I would get an eticket within 4-24 hrs but that never happened. It prompted me to call and they said flights went up. With these seats, I ended up paying $100 more than expedia. Stupid that seats are not included in ticket price.

You'll be dealing with a lot of scam artists. They charged me for four tickets and refused to get my money back it's been 2 weeks. Now every time I call they won't answer the phone. I called the airline the tickets will already refunded to another credit card that was not mine do not buy from airline tickets from them that bunch of thieves a bunch of liar's they no longer answer the phone everyday I call they say they're going to refund my money and they never do do not use this website today makes 3 weeks I have been waiting for my refund every time I call they say in two days in 2 days this place is a fraud what a bunch of thieves I'm so tired of dealing with them they are not a legit company they do not honor that word if you want to work there is a crook and a liar do not buy your tickets from them

They dont book , they churn your funds and grab as much in penalty $$ before you can run !!
