Scam, Unscrupulous, Bait & Switch! Booked a flight through FaresMojo for JetBlue flight. Printed the booking and it showed it being FaresMojo, but minutes after we booked, a call came in from Travel01 about the flight having restricted basic tickets, can't have a carryon, etc. I said we could pay the fee for the carryon at the airport and it will still be cheaper with this low airfare than other fares we saw. He said you can't even have a carryon with this ticket. For one, that's not how it works. It just doesn't include the carryon but can pay extra thru the airline. (Afterwards I remembered reading that JetBlue changed that in 9/2024 to allow all flights a free carryon, so he lied). He tried pushing me into a more expensive fare, I asked for the booking to be canceled. After persisting, he transferred me to the refund dept, where the guy had no intention of giving me a refund. He tried bullying me saying I knew what I was buying. When I said the site didn't show it was a basic fare, he said I should've known this is how sites work with low fares. No, that's not a given. We got angry with him and kept demanding a refund. He finally said he canceled it (because he likely could hear my husband on with our credit card company blocking the charge). They did still try repeatedly to put the charge through the next day, even though they supposedly canceled it. They harrassed us with numerous texts, emails and phone calls for the next couple of days. Brutal!

Had an issue with this agency in the beginning but Alberto Ruiz was able to get us all straightened out and looking forward to a nice relaxing vacation😊

I had a issue with the reservation I made with Travelo1. The date made wasn't the same date I requested. I contacted Travelo1 and the agent I spoke to couldn't help me except find me another flight for a much higher price or the date and time I wanted. I informed him I would put a freeze on the credit card and the reservation wouldn't be paid. He became angry and hung up. 5 minutes later I received a call back from Alberto. He was able to help me and found me another flight for the day and time I wanted for only a small increase in price. Travelo1 is very lucky to have an employee like him to handle the issue and save the sale. When I fly again, I will use their company, again.

If I could I would do zero stars, sucked us in with good prices and changed them after we paid a “nonrefundable” ticket. No warning, no nothing. Stay away

I’m buying my flight one month before the day and the guy told me I give you the seats number later and the days come and I called the guys and never give me the seats number one the day before I go to fly I call him and somebody answer the phone and give me the seats all the way in the back they airplane the last seats and the airplane I can’t believe these people lie to me many times. He got really bad service from Roberto Garcia. I know nobody no more for these peoples not recommended these peoples bad service bad service.
