Courteous staff
Courteous staff. It was easy. They sent me my boarding pass so everything was handled for me. Nick Rosenblum was the biggest help. A flight was over booked so he found me a different flight same day. He actually called me back to say I sent you your boarding pass on your original airline! That's service!

Thank you Rose Smith for your critical thinking and explaining the process of attaining the tickets to go out west in Ontario. This rating for the company will be pending if we receive the tickets September 30. My husband and I read the concerning reviews. However explaining our concerns to Rose she explained we now receive per passenger a carry on and personal bag for ourselves and two children and the flight had to change if we wanted a affordable group rate on the tickets. Our airline did change from WestJet to Porter. However for our family this is sufficient with the extra fee less option for the carry on and slightly later morning flight. Thank you Rose. It was nice doing business with you.
