They post a flight for x amount of dollars when you book the economyflight you receive a email saying that all the seats are full and you need to up grade.I went to the airlines website and checked the seating for that flight and there were seats.I spoke to an Agent and told them that they were playing a dirt game FALSE ADVERTISING they hung up on me.Stay away from this site!!!

Agent Sean should be ashamed of himself with his poor quality of customer service. This third party site is terrible & should be reported & taken down for FALSE advertisement. Everything has an ADD on fee which is NOT ADVERTISED for your socks, your bag, your underwear, your phone, your shoes, the shoelaces & your hair, ETC. Please DO NOT book from this third party site & do your research.

I made a reservation w jetblue one way and spirit the other way they called back and said jetblue (they had 15 seats left) was booked and I had to change flight for more money if wanted Jetblue. So I had to change it to spirit both ways for the cheaper price 130 and they then spirit wanted to charge me another 180 for seats and bags so I cancelled the trip and they wanted to charge me 50 to get a refund...I just cancelled and lost my money I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK!!!!!!!! THEY JUST CALLED ME AND SAID THAT BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND IT'S MY PROBLEM NOW, SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DO NOT BOOK W THEM!!!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. However, we want to clarify that we have not engaged in any illegal or fraudulent activities. We provided you with a flight within your budget, and you acknowledged this arrangement. At no point did we proceed with any actions without your consent. You were aware of all developments and were offered a flight change for $133, rather than the $128 option you initially booked. If you encountered any issues, it would have been helpful to address them at the time of acknowledgment. Since the current issues stem from decisions made, we must address the negative impression of our agency. Despite this, we have made every effort to assist you, and we acknowledge any mistakes on our part. Thank you for your understanding.

The amount was stated on the site was $1433.28 in total for 3 tickets which was being advertised then I received a call from the Travel Agent Sean to tell me that the Basic Economy was full and to be upgraded to the Main Cabin it will be 189 per person. I refuse to go ahead because it felt like dishonesty ! With $49 per person to CANCEL after only booking 4-5 minutes prior.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concerns and would like to address them. As a travel agency, our role is to facilitate bookings and provide accurate information based on the options available. The total fare you saw on our site was for the Basic Economy class. When we informed you that this option was no longer available and offered an upgrade to the Main Cabin at an additional cost, it was to ensure you had a choice that met your needs. Please note that we do not have the ability to modify or charge your credit card without your explicit permission. Any changes or additional charges are communicated clearly and require your consent before proceeding. The cancellation fee mentioned is a standard practice imposed by airlines, not by our agency. We strive to provide transparent and honest service, and we regret that this situation led to a feeling of dishonesty. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can assist you further. thanks

I was trying to book a flight with FaresJOurney - I am very worried waiting for an email confirmation and my ticket for a trip to Santiago, Chile. Two weeks later STILL DON´T hear from them. My credit card has been charged and i never heard back again after sending mails asking for the confirmation.

We booked a flight to Italy with them and they promised to pay for the luggage on the trip back. We received several emails from them stating that they are going to do that. We started to book the baggage and kept asking how they are going to pay for it but they just said, "don't worry about it". They NEVER paid for the baggage and now they won't even call us back

The agent I spoke with was not listening to me AT ALL. I told her I want to know about how I would select seats if I booked and she asked for my booking number. I told her that I have not booked the flight yet because I want to make sure I can select seats and I am not seeing the option so she told me again to give the booking number. She finally understood I was calling to ask questions BEFORE booking and then she decided to try to book for me. I told her I want to select my own seats and she said she would do it for me. I told her, I would like the option to do it myself so she asked where I would like to and then she said she will help me book and will select the seats for me and my kids. After giving her the info, I asked her where on the plane we are seated and she said we were seated together. I asked what seat number and she said "in the middle of the plane". I then said I would like to book myself online and I just need to know how I would go about selecting seats and she kept saying the fare I am getting online will not be verified. I asked why and she said it just won't but I can try. I told her I just want to select my own seats so I would like to book it myself I just need to know how I would select the seats and why she said the fare I was not going to be verified. She said because the price has changed (even though I still had about 8 minutes left in my booking supposedly). I asked her what the cancellation policy is and she said if I book with her, I can cancel within 24 hours but there is no cancellation policy with the fare I am trying to book online. But she also said if I cancel the one I book online there will be over $300 cancellation fee per ticket. I asked her how can I find out whether the fare I am booking online allows me to cancel within 24 hours without a fee and she just repeated that the fare I am picking online has no cancellation policy. After this mind numbing conversation, I asked if I could speak with someone else and she said I should just google it and book it myself. She then hung up on me. When I called back, she picked up so I asked to speak to someone else. She said she cannot transfer me. I asked if she was the only person working there and she said that's not how it works, she cannot transfer me. I said I understand that, but my question is whether she is the only one working there and whether if I call again she will be the one picking up and she said the other agents are busy. I asked again, if I call back in a few minutes, will she be the one picking up or are there other people there and she said I can try, I think this is a bait and switch. The fare I saw online was $5K and the one she was giving me was $8.8K and she insisted that the fare I am trying to book online is not going to be verified (whatever that means). In the end, I did not book anything with this site because it's all very sus. Disappointed.
