DO NOT BUY FROM FARESFEED! This is absolutely a scam. I bought my flight and I thought it was fine, then I got a bunch of emails in the middle of the night saying my confirmation was still pending. Then I got an email from someone named patricia saying I needed to call her to confirm my booking. This is fraudulent and ridiculous, I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges. I can't believe google allows this fraud to be on the top of their search results when I simply searched "delta airlines". In conclusion, DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

What I want to know is HOW ARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS ALLOWED TO EXIST ON GOOGLE IF SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BLATENTLY THEN HAVING TO ENDURE SUCH INCREDIBLE AGGRAVATION, NOT TO MENTION FINANCIAL LOSSES I'M SURE IN MANY INSTANCES - WHY DO THEY EXIST GOOGLE??? Absolute SCAM operation! Made my airline reservation not even thinking that I was being scammed, UNTIL I got the confirmation email that said; YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED YET. So I decided to call because I thought WHY WOULD THEY TAKE MY CREDIT CARD # AND SECURITY CODE with the total $222.00 all spelled out!? The woman who was obviously somewhere in India, and surprisingly RUDE as hell, since most Indians are very courteous - I asked why is this reservation UN CONFIRMED? She said "that $222 airfare is no longer available, your fare is $289." I said "I highly F'ing doubt that is going to happen and you are totally full of Sh.." She said' "you are full of Sh.." then hung up on me. I went to the American Airlines website, got the exact same fare and times on the same dates - which was totally unexpected! I then immediately cancelled my credit card and ordered a new one once I got the confirmation and confirmed with MC that the last charge for American Airlines was legit and complete. Lesson learned and fortunately didn't cost me anything other than 30 minutes of hell. I will NEVER EVER do that again! I will never fall for any website that is not familiar or widely accepted.

They were a 3rd party wbich i did not no. Delta airline informed me by email my refund was refunded june 25 to this company. I have called them several times spoke with Shelly and she also gives me run around and talks over me with terrible attitude to me the customer. Im going to have to take legal actions out per my refund Delta Paid to them.
