We bought tickets two months ago, and the day before our flights we went to check in to southwest. Southwest showed that we were in the system but the tickets weren’t payed for. We called this company Fareoyard in which they said payment would go through six hours before our flight. We confirmed with southwest and they said this was a scam. Tickets are now 3 times the price and everything planed for our vacation is pretty much ruined. All the positive reviews on here are paid for by this terrible company. The company will wait 60 days to take your money as this is when disputes end for credit card refunds. Be careful and please learn from our experience.

Scam site , there are also other sites similar to this site with the same format -suspect these same scammers run those sites too. rule of thumb, if it's too good to be true it is. I saw a flight that was advertised on the airlines site for 400 R/T . fareoyard advertised it for 141. other more well known sites like expedia . booking.com and hotwire.com had no such discounted fares. course i took a chance and then found out by calling them ,their email address was fake(infoatfareoyard.com doesn't exist), a confirmation code was sent that appeared to come from the airlines yet there was no ticket attached /said unknown fare. the airlines saw the confirmation # but no ticket and no passenger information. the guy i spoke with pretty much gave me a stomach ache , i realized id been scammed as he said that the airline wont see the ticket on their systems and you wont get a boarding pass from them, we'll email it to you .. now i knew that was all bs, i called the airlines . no ticket showed as being paid for and boarding passes come from them and them only - a travel agency cannot issue you a third party boarding pass. im disputing the charge and locked my cc to keep this scam operation from getting anything more from me.

SCAM SCAM SCAM tried to buy one $300 ticket and was able to freeze my card in time because they tried charging me $1800 and have attempted $1500 and $2300 dollar charges even days after the flight would have been!!! SCAM

fake waste my money and time .

Horrible company! My flight is schedule to leave a 6am and I try to check in and Southwest is telling me the booking is not there but they took my money and sent me a confirmation! Call the supposedly 24 hour number and no answer! Google the address and looked up the telephone number and a man answer telling me that was the business but to call the number on the site!

I booked ticket with fareoyard and they sent me confirmation by email and the took $549 from my account when I checked with airline the said the flight number is not register in our company and you didn't book any ticket then I contact the number which is in the email I got from fareoyard not working never ever book this website it is fraud website.

too good to be true. it’s most likely a scam. they said a confirmation email was sent in order to confirm our flight but we never received the email.
