As a foreigner visiting the states, I book with this so called travel agency and was lift with my pants down. They sent me a bogus confirmation email and never actually booked the flight from the airline. I called them 24 hours to my trip to confirm my booking and check in and was told all is well and will receive my ticket 6 Hrs before my flight,only for it to turn out that was a lie. Called them on the day off my trip and they were rude and hanged up on me and refused to pick up my subsequent calls. The only saving grace for me was they could not charge my card. Honestly if I live in the states I would have sued their fake scam asses. Please avoid this site like the plague.

If I could give this company-100000 I would! Awful company, communication issues, I didn’t know that this was travel agency and they will not honor your flight until 4-6 hours. My flight kept getting cancelled from Sunday 6am, then 8:55 pm then to Monday 8:15 pm then they were tried to get me a flight for Wednesday morning supposedly! SMMFH!!!! Horrible!!! I called immediately for a refund…. As u can guess “NOTHING “ !!! Please don’t waste your time or money with this company!!

This company is a scam. I bought a ticket from them and I was told the boarding pass would be available 6 hours before flight. I arrived at the airport and I was told by the airline that my confirmation # was not on the system. I called the customer service to explain what happened and he was so rude. He didn't resolve the issue. I missed my flight. A few hours later I received a call from one Mr. Austin Red (Senior Manager) who promised to resolve the issue. He offered a free ticket and a refund. I declined the free ticket and demanded a refund. He agreed. I found out when I checked my online transactions through my banking app. I immediately reported the issue to my bank. These guys are crooks.

I wish I viewed this reviews earlier or before I even booked them. There’s only few hours before my flight and they still didn’t pay the airline. I called them and the customer service person was so rude and threatened me to cancel my trip. I sent them emails few times and no response 😢😢😢 and for wedding. Fareoyard took over $900. I will come back and give you guys updates on how we end up. Wish me luck Wow, I received a call from fareoyard the person claiming to be the supervisor and instead of him apologizing and trying to work things out with me, he threatening me to delete my review or else he will cancel my trip that I book a month ago for the family of 4. We took off from work just for this agent to ruin everything for us. I really hope southwest do something about this. Why does southwest work with such a bad agent. Update: My trip end up being cancelled and fareoyard blamed me talking about I called southwest and canceled my own trip that I booked a month ago like seriously make it make sense. Now let’s hope they refund me my money back. It was my first time booking with fareoyard and my last. What a nightmare this has been to my family and I.

They give you a good price compared to direct airline fee. However for some reason they don’t allow you to check in on time and they say they will send you the boarding pass 4-6 hours before your flight. So you don't know your confirmed flight time until last minute. In my case the boarding pass they sent me brought the tiome 2 hours forward than previously arranged and split my family flights in to two different times. I have to scRAMBLE for a ride and also ask the airlines agent at gthe airport to arrange my flight. The ticket agent person was rude and not helpful clearing the confusion. In addition had my bank not recognized a suspicious activity on my credit card, I was billed more than 3k inappropriately. I have to close my account and change my credit card. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS AGRNT

I purchased round trip tickets from El Paso to Detroit and I tried to check in the night before. Southwest said they could see my name but no payment and no ticket information. I called fareOyard again and they reassured me that everything was fine and I needed to check in 6 hours before the flight. So, I waited and did that but then they said I needed to call back 4 hours before check in. I did that and then they made excuses on how SouthWest bumped me to a person with hire priority. I called southwest again and they said no they did not do that. That I have no ticket and did not pay. If you check out Google reviews you will see all my payments and confirmation numbers. This website is a total scam and it's a shame.

I booked early using this travel agency to get a good price. I cannot check in today because as per SWA the ticket was not paid and there's no itinerary as if the booking was cancelled. Since i had no choice, i was forced to book again but with a much expensive price. The customer service officer was rude and talked to me like as if i was stupid and can't understand that the check in is automatic 6hrs before the flight. Really!?? There is no such thing as per SWA. I called my bank and disputed the transaction. Beware of this company guys.

Scam. Ended up with $5000 in charges pending and no ticket. Currently working with my bank to retrieve my funds.
