Total FRAUD! BEWARE - BEWARE -BEWARE They represent themselves as reps of airlines. I called to cancel a flight. They charged me a cancellation fee of $198 with a promise of a full refund for what I spent on flights. Since flights were non refundable, I thought I would at least recoup half. They charged my card but never issued the credit. Flight never cancelled. Airline has never heard of them. I disputed the charge with my cc co and they never responded to the cc company. They are calling me relentlessly telling me to reverse the dispute. STEER CLEAR!

Fraud company

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I never got a confirmation email, so the night before, I tried to call and the number was disconnected. I called frontier and they said they never received payment so I didn’t have a seat. My husband finally got this company on the phone and they said there was no flight available and they tried to call me, but couldn’t get in touch with me (strange that they couldn’t leave me a voicemail or send me an email). The only flights they could find me were literally TEN TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE. So now I get to book for five times the original price, but I guess it’s better than what they’re offering me. I am FURIOUS.

This company absolutely sucks!!! I get a confirmation email from them and yes they said I should get an e-ticket confirmation as well. The night before I’m supposed to be taking off in the a.m.I call about that e-ticket confirmation I did not get. They tell me I am not confirmed and don’t have a seat on a flight but they can now sell me an over $800 ticket for a similar flight! Scam / ripoff! Keith A.

I purchased (2) tickets and the representative DID NOT tell me that he sold me a NON CARRY ON ticket (had never heard of that before). I would not have purchased that type of ticket if I'd known that. It should have been communicated. Cost me an extra $65 because I couldn't even take a bag on the plane with rollers. Very disappointing service

worst!!!!! I have tried contacting them 3 times thru email and no help.. booked me connecting flights with only 20-30 mins in between no I missed my flight and had to rebook with another airline that costed me double!

After a Ton of Phone calls and being On Hold for Hours , They offered A round tip Flight with a decent price , I gave them all my information including my Credit card , Date of Birth , Address and ............ , Got an email to verify , Did that . They asked for a picture of Credit Card and ID , Sent them . They Charged the Credit Card . I got an email from them to pay by PayPal , I Refused . I've called them 3-4 times since Two weeks ago , They say they have emailed my tickets . HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS YET . I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BUYING AIR TICKETS .

Ayden was excellent BUT They ended up overcharging me $408. They refunded that part....now I’m just waiting for an addition $900 for a flight booked I didn’t even want. Not sure what’s going to happen, but if it’s not fixed, I’m coming after them. Also don’t believe them when they say they have the lowest prices. I found several cheaper. Called them on it and they said they couldn’t help me. I think they’re not out to scam you, genuinely. But for people who know how to book flights, skip Faremart. Not worth the hassle.
