Johnny created a miracle for my wife by getting a ticket to New York for her to see "To Kill a Mocking Bird>, her birthday present - we will be forever grateful. Howard Moon

Jessica was amazing! she went above and beyond the night she booked my trip my bank's computer system went down so my debit card kept reading error i had Jessica's call on one phone and the bank on another call and she waited there very patiently with me on hold for over 10 minutes for a bank rep to handle the situation in the meantime i lost my seats and she redid the entire reservation for my children and i while still waiting for authorization from the bank that is customer service at its best!!!!!

Senon is a wonderful sales person. He is patient and helpful. I give him a five star as a ticket agent for your company!

Emilio was very kind, thoughtful and professional.

Nelson was great. I would recommend to others.

I recently had a discrepancy on a ticket and Faremart did an excellent job of resolving the problem. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a very good experience with Wendel. He was very helpful and professional. 5 Stars!

My person was extremely helpful. Initially there was a discrepancy about the credit amount, but he promptly contacted support, and they were willing to come to a fair compromise.
