We rated you five stars, simply because of the unparalleled service we received while booking fight reservation to Florida. Your representative who assisted us was patience, delegated, dedicated, concerned and caring as he exhausted every resource to ensure we got the "right" ticket so that stress that is usually accompanied with trave was minimized. Thank you for hiring people that show us we are Individuals and not just a number.

Robbie was the person that helped me through the whole process from finding a flight with Allegiant for the next day, the least expensive, gave me his phone number to call him back with information, waited for me to make up my mind and much more. All this was done with great care and concern to get me what I needed. I was very thankful he was so patient with me. He is a number one people person! Thank you Robbie. Kathleen Newton
