Klauss was very helpful with a few issues I experienced during the booking process. He was able to get me a cheaper fare for my business class flight and also assured me he would be available to assist me during my trip should any problems arise.

Waste of time. Saw a great fare quoted on the site and so contacted them - the only fares the agent would give me was 60% above that. I was very specific when I contacted them about dates and limits to flexibility and time needs and the agent who contacted me ignored all of that and STILL only sent me fares way above the website one. Also it's impossible to unsubscribe from their emails - the unsubscribe link doesn't work, so now they're marked as spam. PS: They say the fares are based on weekday travel, yet they ask you to enter your dates in order to be quoted that fare. So are they saying the quote they give you on the website completely ignores the dates you enter on the website in order to get that quote? If I enter a weekend date for a fare quote, they ignore that and give me a weekday fare instead. Seems like the definition of Bait and Switch.

Since I am unable to reply to your response to my earlier review of yourselves, I am opening a new one. I did a check of the fare shared by you with several other agencies similar to yours and the response from ALL has been the same - NOT TRUE! Hence I must assume that you are sharing fake fares to lure customers. How is it possible that you share a ridiculously low fare not available anywhere and when customer confirms booking the fare becomes unavailable?
