Waste of time
Waste of time. Saw a great fare quoted on the site and so contacted them - the only fares the agent would give me was 60% above that. I was very specific when I contacted them about dates and limits to flexibility and time needs and the agent who contacted me ignored all of that and STILL only sent me fares way above the website one. Also it's impossible to unsubscribe from their emails - the unsubscribe link doesn't work, so now they're marked as spam. PS: They say the fares are based on weekday travel, yet they ask you to enter your dates in order to be quoted that fare. So are they saying the quote they give you on the website completely ignores the dates you enter on the website in order to get that quote? If I enter a weekend date for a fare quote, they ignore that and give me a weekday fare instead. Seems like the definition of Bait and Switch.

Hi Cherie, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how disappointing it is to see a fare online and then find your dates priced much higher. Holiday travel to Cape Town is a big trip to plan for a family, and we wish we'd made the pricing clearer from the start. Our team worked to find you the best possible options, sending nine itineraries across several airlines, including a business class option on your exact travel window, leaving December 18 and returning January 2. The fares on our website are based on weekday travel, and peak-season weekend departures over the holidays run significantly higher. We know that's frustrating, and we're always looking for ways to communicate it better up front. We've removed your email from all of our mailing lists, and we're grateful you flagged the unsubscribe issue so we can fix it. If you're still planning the trip, we'd be happy to keep looking for you. Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday season either way.
