-10 stars should be the rating. I was out 400+$. Got my boarding pass to Dallas an hour before my flight was to depart, called them and told them my trip wasn't showing up on American. Claimed they tried again to charge it to their card, and it wouldn't work. I ended having to book that day and it was over $900. Said they would refund me, and this was on 5/31/26. Not sure who they refunded, but it certainly wasn't me. DO NOT !!!, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

Do Not ever use this company. They are deceitful and lie and scam people. I was leery of them from the beginning, but Thomas at Farebuddys assured me they were legit and even gave me a confirmation number. Day of the flight came and I never received any ticket or email, and I called their "customer service," line 15 times throughout the day. Had i not gone with my gut and used the airline directly to get a flight I would've been up a creek without a paddle.

Farebuddy is what this scammer was named when they got me. Ridiculously low rate for 2 people round trip from Tucson to Cleveland . Give them my card info . Woosh money out. 2 days later my wife checks with airlines and ya...no tickets flight cancelled. These scumbags take your money and are gone. Don't answer phone, emails texts ..that's right you pieces of s**t, your day will come.

FareoBuddy., This is a Big Scam, I purchased ticket, now they are saying that deal is no longer available and wanted me to pay double amounts. Following are the review from past few years. They haven't improve yet. i wanted to rate 0, but unfortunately they only have 1 review. 2 yrs ago: Do NOT book through FareoBuddy. They are a huge scam! They charged an extra $350 on top of the ticket price. Had I booked directly thorough the airline I would have saved the $350. In addition, they are non-refundable but somehow, they cancelled my flight and issued a partial refund... minus the $350 of course. Then they told me I would have to book the flight again after cancelling my flight and stealing my $350. No thanks!! 3y ago I had something similar happen to me a few weeks ago, they booked the flight at $150 then called a couple days prior to the flight to mention that the flight was overbooked and that they only had more expensive seats available so they requested an additional $200 to confirm my flight. I immediately denied and argued for them to refund me despite their claim that the ticket was “nonrefundable”. Stay far away.

They are a scam! I was booked on a FULL FLIGHT. When I arrived I was informed that my ticket price had been refunded to a cc that WAS NOT mine!

I booked internationalticket for July 3 to September 9 but they did not send me my confirmation neither my ticket. The only thing they did is they called me and tell me that my ticket was cheap so I won’t be traveling with any bags or carry-on nothing except for my phone plus they say that the month and date might change, but still I waited they still couldn’t provide me any ticket. It’s a big scam. May Allah curse them just like the way he cursed pharaoh.

My dad got scammed. Thought is was calling United as the played along they worked for them and charged him miles and dollar amounts. Sent an email but never a confirmed flight. They are not legit!!
