DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! THEY BOOKED A FLIGHT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY SENT ALL INFORMATION, ONE DAY OUT OF CURIOSITY I WENT TO CHECK WITH AMERICAN AND MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED, THIS WAS A MONTH AGAIN, THEY HAVE ONLY REFUNDED ME $330 OUT OF THE $1600 AIRLINE TICKETS, REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY...PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THIS IS A SCAM

Hi, We would like to inform you that the reservation which you have booked with us was cancelled by the airline end. Airline cancelled some bookings due to overbooked and airline process the refund as well. as We have a word about this case as well about the refund that airline also refunded the full amount of the ticket cost. So, You can check the status of your refund with your bank that the rest amount is already refunded to you in same payment form. I would like to inform that the supplier charges also refunded to you in same credit card A) Supplier charged amount was refunded to you which is $334.12 B) Airline charged amount also refunded to you by the airline which is $317.38 on each passengers. There were 4 passengers in your reservation the amount was refund $317.38 on each passenger 317.38 *4 = 1269.52 The amount which you have paid for this reservation was already refunded to you. This was my first time trying Momondo and I got super sketchy vibes from this experience. However, Farebubble did ultimately give me the correct flights that I ordered - it just took about one week, and two tries... They booked the wrong flight at first. The people on the phone have this Indian accent, and they were kind of vague in answering my questions, but they reassured me that I would get the right tickets. I didn't know what to expect, but I was surprised by how reliably they responded to my calls and emails. I confirmed that the e-ticket is real on Delta's website, and on that site I was also able to choose my seats and put in my email address for notifications on the flight status. The credit card charges showed up as "Delta" and some random travel thing, which add up to exactly what I paid for. At this point, my interaction with Farebubble is complete. It's definitely a real company, not an actual scam, so don't freak out. I saved some good money - but was it worth the anxiety? Not sure. I will update this review if anything goes wrong. Edit: Delta changed my flight, but I didn't have to contact Farebubble at all. Delta let me pick another flight free of charge with times closer to my family members' flights. It turns out at least one of their flights got changed, too. Edit 2: Everything turned out okay.

I would never use this travel agent again, they don't answer on the phone, if you need help to do any changes they get mad and yelling on you and using bad words. I had to cancel a connection to one of Hawaii island because of new rules of re testing which was effective on 05/26/2021 and I did my reservation on 04/14/202, I asked to change my reservation so after calling and calling and leaving a message finally someone call me back but unfortunately the guy Mike got over reacted and keep yelling and screaming I was shocked and I never deal with people like him plus he charges me extra money for changes and all my other group did the changes with different travel agent without any charge plus they refund them the connection flight as the reservation done before the new rules, Today I called Hawaiian airline to ask to refund my tickets but unfortunately they said my travel agent has to talk to them and I'm caling Farebubble NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AS USUAL. I will never get back to them or use them again in the future.

Was misled by agent that they were the actual airline Ticketing agent. Provided false pricing and then lied about the fees. Never do business with them. Posted 2 day ago now today got a call from said supervisor asked me to take my post down. Offered me a voucher to use for next flight. Absolutely not very unprofessional company.
