I had a great experience with David Johnson. He was very helpful in helping me fix a mistake I made with my ticket! Service was quick and kind!!

I was very happy booking through this service because I was able to save alot of money on last minute airline tickets, however, in the beginning I was very nervous waiting for a confirmation of our E- tickets via email, which I feel the company should have followed-up on the status of when we would receive the actual E-tickets..because the time frame of receiving tickets may take longer than 24-48 hours and feedback from the company would have reassured us. Other than that this company seems legitimate and has followed through with what was stated after purchase.

They have great prices. Ivan is helping with my reservation.

Long wait times but ultimately they were helpful. David was a little brusque and impatient in the beginning and did not do a good job explaining the situation nor did he listen to me. He kept interrupting me. Eventually, we worked it out and both us got the information we needed.

We got a really good deal and excellent customer service from Ivan Morenio. He was wonderful.
