I was delighted with the price. But interaction needs to be better. After I placed my order I saw a confirmation web page, but did not get a confirmation email and I began to get nervous. I reached out to the phone number on the confirmation page and got a busy signal, sent email to the address listed and it bounced. This got me very worried so actually got worried that this was a scam and turned off my card. However 48 hours later I did get a call from customer support who were very professional in communication and sending me an actual e-ticket after which I paid the balance. I would recommend that they improve the communication.

Can you believe it??? What a great Deals :D I would like to shout out Juan Carlos He helped me with a second reservation of 6 tickets! He made sure I obtained my tickets via email and gave me a phone call. He was able to assign the seats so my family can be together. Just be ready to wait a little bit for the confirmation email to arrive. This reminds me of in-person travel agencies back in the day. Great customer service. Give them a try!

David was very helpful and courteous. He made a mistake on the return flights but corrected immediately. Appreciate that he held the cost to what I originally booked. Disappointed that it takes so long to get the reservation ticketed.

So I got a call from Ivan Moreno today and let me tell you, this guy is on point and friendly as all heck. He took the time to listen and help me understand my booking. This was my first time using Momondo and they sent me to Farebubble to get my ticket. Normally I book directly from the airlines or use Expedia, Travelocity or Hotwire so I was skeptical and wary, but it worked out. I also did a chat with Delta to make sure the reservation was legit, which it was. I would use this site again. It took more than 48 hours to get e-ticket, which was a bummer, but I'm so glad I didn't have to do a drive by!
