This made my booking easier
Jenny was very professional and always available. She gave me great information and was open and honest. She was not tiring to sell me ticket but gave me great advice. I really enjoyed working with Jenny and we spoke yesterday and she is helping me plan our next trip. I found your agency on Angie's List and you were rated the highest. I have passed Julie's name and contact information to a lot of my friends. I can say enough about how professional and friendly Jenny is. You really have a great person here. Don't lose her! Thanks

It was so good
I bought a ticket with the best price available. After checking with every price comparing website, no one was near cheaper. After buying, I searched Google for farebarber and these reviews came up. I was in shock and fear that I lost my money. I am happy to inform that there was nothing to worry about. I had a small problem, got answered immediately in chat and got the airline confirmation number. I don't know what most of these complaints are about, But I had good experience with them and got the best price available around and I should add that the tickets were bought on short notice. thanks Michal Brown

Bait-and-switch, plain and simple.
This is as classic as bait-and-switch scams get. You "book" your flight on their web site, and then you get an email saying that the booking is "pending". Within a few business hours, you'll get a call telling you that tickets at those prices have all been booked and offer you tickets at a higher price which they ASSURE you is still a great deal, despite better prices being available on Kayak, Expedia, and any other reputable booking site.
