David helped me to get a really good price flight ticket during a busy time, Christmas! When flight tickets are more expensive

Mr. David Hunt..you are an awesome soul..i came to you all fired up but you hundled the situation with such calm..and you solved it..i appreciate your help..merry xmas.

Dishonest in their communication. After booking our flights I rec'd a flight "confirmation number" and then in small print it said confirmation was pending and they would contact us if any problems. After several days and not hearing from them, we called and Jenni said our reservations were cancelled and the flight was now $100 more than the original deal. We're trying to rebook and I've been on hold twice for 20 min and each time and the line goes dead. Fortunately they didn't charge my card so they're not total scammers but they do not communicate openly and honestly. I would not trust this site.

Great service. Very easy to contact. Thanks
