I had a great experience with Farebarber! I highly recommend first checking the price on farebarber before other sites. I was able to get a good price on a ticket for Thanksgiving weekend. The customer service representative Jenny Smith was Amazing!! She was very helpful and thorough. Thank you Ms. Jenny Smith !

This site is very misleading, I made several bookings on Saturday (2)to CUN traveling in June of 2022. The economy seats were available for 331.36 within our budget.. great I call to confirm on Monday (04) and was told all the Econ seats were sold, no they actually said those class of seats weren’t being utilize, and I would have pay hundreds of dollars more.. I should have been notified immediately, I missed out on several other flights … I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY, VERY MISLEADING

Instead of apologizing, somehow compensating me, they have the audacity to call me and demand that I change my review. Janie called me and sad that this is normal, that we sold you expencive tickhet and that was normal too to charge your money, technical error, we returned your money in 5 days

Jerry & Jenny were truly amazing. I found this site and wasn’t sure of it. These two made me sure of it, I appreciate all the patience Jerry had with me with sending my information and I appreciate Jenny calling me making sure I received my reservations and any special needs I needed. Thank you so much you two are amazing.

Buyer Be Ware!! DO NOT book with Farebarber! You are not getting the deal you think! You buy the ticket and put all your information in- it then says your transaction is pending. About a day or less later they call and call and call until you answer. And low and behold the ticket is no longer available at the price you paid for BUT they can still help you. When the pushy rep is finished the ticket is now more than double. You hang up and they keep calling and calling. Oh and they already have your card information because you entered it in the beginning when you first went to buy your ticket at the price you thought it was. Several emails, several phone calls. Buyer be ware!!
