Professional customer service and follow up
After receiving confirmation of my reservation, i recieved a phone call followed by a voicemail, and an email message saying that my credit card transaction had been rejected (i entered incorrect expiration and 3 digit code). The follow-up was every bit as through as "it used to be years ago. I called them back and gave the accurate info. Within 10 minutes I got my confirmation with Airline's itinerary code on my email. These folks were very professional and made sure that I got my flight.

He is truly a wonderful person
He is truly a wonderful person. I used this service in Japan and things went smoothly and I think it was very good.

Excellent in everything
I could say that Ms. Jenny Smith was very polite, and alot of experience working with me on my issues to achieve my flight. And I thank her very much for that. And I would do it again in the near future for her to accomplish another flight.

Will definitely use this agency again.
