Fanytel's support experience was bad
Fanytel's support experience was disappointing. After agreeing to a refund, the team stopped responding, leaving the issue unresolved. Additionally, their WhatsApp feature hasn't worked since last year, yet they continue to advertise it on their website, creating a misleading customer experience. Their lack of accountability and outdated services make them a challenging provider to rely on.
