fanytel.comReviews of fanytel.com

This is a scam service. Any business that requires you to "top up" for credits to then use to purchase a service or phone they provide is shady. The phone number I purchased didnt receive a single sms sent to it. A waste of $3 but thats how they make money; advertising a service they know doesnt work but structured in a manner where chargebacks are hard to win.

I purchased a phone number from Fanytel for 22.99 MAD (around $2.30). The transaction went through successfully, and the money was deducted from my bank account. However, absolutely nothing appears in the app, and I haven't received the number I paid for. I contacted their customer support on WhatsApp to resolve this, but they are completely ignoring my messages. This is very unprofessional. I need Fanytel to either activate my number immediately or refund my money. ID : +116170605475

Absolute scam. Their website claims crystal-clear, professional VoIP service which is a total lie. Like the one commenter below I wish I saw the Trustpilot for this app before I went ahead and topped up a hundred for credits. The calls DO NOT EVEN RING, whether inbound or outbound. Absolute scam, anyone who calls the number gets bumped straight to voicemail. Customer service is NONEXISTENT, they type in a creepy, times new roman font which is either copy-pasted or done by some scammy Indians. Dispute the chargeback to your account ASAP if this same misfortune befell you. Also, if fanytel responds to this complaint with the same generic copy-paste "We're sorry you got inconvenienced," just know that people are onto you. Fake, AI crap.

I got a UK virtual number for PayPal, they sent code to my new number and I have waited for an hour, I even did resend code but still not working. No response on the message I dropped Fanytel business Whatsappb and I too

I’m going on my first date 📅 and it’s going on the way so I’m going on the other day with a guy and I just got you some thing for dinner so so you know I will have a great 😌 you can always yell you

The numbers do not receive calls, the service is awful and constantly broken. And customer service is not bothered to type more than 2 words. Awful experience and no answer from them. Update: wow your customer service was so dismissive and unresponsive when I raised the issue multiple times. Only now you post this reply because the feedback is public? classic

Nul . They gave me a complaints number and they refused to take my complaint. Many hours incidents and no compensation. I use their number for my work , I receive and answer calls and paid base on that . Worst company of the world.

Deducted 500 USD from my bank account refused to refund… Very bad experience They Deducted 500 USD from my bank account, and when asked they claimed they have already refunded.. but refused to provide any transaction details. the amount is not visible in my Fanytel account credit either, which was proof enough that It was triggered from their server end. 30 days is the refund time and they are not responding
