I bought 2 jerseys as Christmas presents for my husband and daughter. I had placed the order November 24, thinking that I had plenty of time to receive it before Christmas. I kept waiting on my email saying the order had shipped, but didn’t receive it, so I emailed the company. Christine emailed me back and told me that she would check on it and then sent me a tracking number. The order was in New Jersey. I kept checking every couple of days and it was still showing in New Jersey. I sent another email to Christine and she told me that she would contact shipping company. So I checked my tracking number again and it was finally delivered couple days before Christmas. My husband and daughter both loved their jerseys and Christine was very helpful and I will purchase from them again! Thank you so much Christine for all your help!

It was good. We recv'd our jersey as described. It took some time getting thru customs so it was a little stressful. But customer service answered every email that I sent to inquire on its whereabouts, which I appreciated so great communication.

Took awhile to arrive, but well worth the wait for the price. Granddaughter has been wanting a Cubs jersey, she will be thrilled! Quality jersey and customization! It's the real deal. Would recommend.
