Excellent customer service following an error
I was sent a jersey with incorrect spelling to the team. Of course I was disappointed. I submitted an unfavorable review and was contacted by customer service shortly thereafter. Their response was quick and I’ve been advised a new jersey is on the way. They were apologetic and I appreciate that. Mistakes happen and I’m glad to see they were ready to correct it. Because of their response, I’m likely to use them again for my future jersey needs. I do have three young boys who love sports!

I ordered a customized hat
I ordered a customized hat. I was told they would try to get it to me in just over two weeks. It wasn't looking good at first, but Christine was able to pull it off. That hat was perfect!

Bought for my husband
Bought for my husband. He loved it. Shirt is well made and the personal embroidery makes it unique. He was asking me every day where it was. The mailing took quite a long time.
