The rugs are great, delivery takes a very long time
The rugs are great. We are very happy with the selection. This is just day one, but they seem to be well made and match the original pictures very well. The negatives: 1. the rugs are stacked and then folded into a square, vacuum packed, and taped down. The folds are very visible. Your company needs to provide instruction for removing the fold marks. 2. the order took 19 days to arrive!!! That is a very long time especially since my credit card was billed the day I ordered them. At least wait until the day they are sent to the shipper.
