I never received my order, even though the tracking showed that it had been delivered. I contacted the company, and they quickly replied, asking me to check with my neighbors in case it had been delivered to them by mistake. Of course, no one had it. I requested a refund, and they offered to resend the order. In the meantime, I looked it up on Google and realized it was a scam, and that Fanniey and Dressparo are actually the same company. I therefore refused and demanded a refund, mentioning that I would dispute the transaction. They then offered to refund 60% of the amount. I didn’t reply, and I’m currently disputing the transaction.

Took my payment of over $45. Never received my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Disconnected customer service number. Would not reply to my emails!!! They SUCK!!!

It was presented that this was a big sale related to Lane Bryant. Total crock!! I have been going back and forth with emails with the "company". I ordered on 8/22/25 and still waiting for my refund. Merch never arrived. There was one lame excuse after another. They should be completely shut down!! Return the money we all have spent on this non-legit company!! Get your own damn jobs and stopping taking from those of us who work hard for their money!!

Placed an order through tik tok - NEVER had any problems with other orders through there...should have know, it wouldn't take my normal payment method. Gave them another payment method that they charged right away. Sent an email saying my order was on the way from China. The tracking updated every few days, looked legit. 31 days later it said it was delivered. I emailed back and asked for proof of delivery because I did not receive anything. I have a camera and I work from home...I would know if something was delivered. No response from email. Filed a dispute with the bank to get money back. Fingers crossed they will.

Said I received product, I never did tried all email to let them know they all came back with a failure to delivery notice. No way to contact scam.

This company charged my card and I never received my order . SCAM SCAM SCAM. THEY ARE CRIMINALS. Do not purchase anything from these crooks. They also go by the name of Cloth Foratty Los Angeles, which charged my card and I never received my order. I reported them to Tik Tok and they were useless, they didn’t care.
