Shirt came in on time, was just as pictured. My only complaint is why do most of the shirts have to be black?
Response from Fan Made FitsJun 13, 2022
Thanks, Jennifer! So happy to know the shirt arrived on time. We aim to provide shirts that can be worn on different occasions which is why we have them mostly in black. We also have some designs in white shirt which you may like, you can check our website: https://fanmadefits.com/#/

I was charged $12.99 on my card and did not order nor did I received anything in May. I would appreciate a refund to my account. this happened in May. I did order a barrel racer t shirt in April. I received that. It was a nice t shirt.

Hello Deb, We are sorry for any confusion! When you claimed one of our Barrel Racing White t-shirts on 4/6, it came with a free 14 day trial of VIP membership. The benefits are linked to our website: https://fanmadefits.com/membership Since no cancellation was made before your free trial ended on 4/20, your membership has started and we billed your account $12.99 monthly afterwards. As a courtesy, because it seems that you are unaware, we’ve cancelled your membership. We have also refunded you for $12.99. We have a 30 day money back guarantee and the refund will reflect in the next 3 to 5 business days. We’re very customer-friendly so we’re a bit confused as to why you didn’t just email us. If you need further assistance, please contact us through SMS or email; we are open 24/7 Text Us: (855) 701-0832 Email us: [email protected] Thank you, and we hope this resolves your concern.

I ordered a T-shirt from Fan Fits. It arrived quite soon. It seems I joined the VIP Membership, so received a $12.99 charge, which they refunded when I queried it. I so wish I had more cash to spread around as I would love to buy more for myself and friends.
