Wasn't happy with all the hoops I had…
Wasn't happy with all the hoops I had to jump through to get my order through, and the long wait on the refund of the wrong order ‼️😡

Thanks to the Support Team....
Upon initial purchase I was under the assumption I would be paying $4.99 for a free t-shirt. After all was said and done I ended up paying $12.99 for an upgrade and processing and handling. I was very upset that my supposed special low price turned into so much. I contacted the support team and explained my problem and how I wanted a full refund. However the support team wanted to be sure I was satisfied so they refunded me $8 back and I only paid $499 for the T-shirt. So what started out as a bad experience turned into a good experience. However I did cancel my VIP membership and will not be purchasing any more shirts from here. I feel like it's false advertisement when there's claims of receiving a free shirt and then it turns into $12.99. BIG SHOUT-OUT TO THE SUPPORT TEAM!

We offer this for customers who want better quality shirts. It is clear you made a mistake and we removed it. We try our best to make sure all the information is clear regarding this option. I have always received my items in…
I have always received my items in excellent nd in a timely fashion. If I were to question or ordered a wrong item the team more than satisfied and helped me resolve the issue. good team work!!!
