Upon initial purchase I was under the assumption I would be paying $4.99 for a free t-shirt. After all was said and done I ended up paying $12.99 for an upgrade and processing and handling. I was very upset that my supposed special low price turned into so much. I contacted the support team and explained my problem and how I wanted a full refund. However the support team wanted to be sure I was satisfied so they refunded me $8 back and I only paid $499 for the T-shirt. So what started out as a bad experience turned into a good experience. However I did cancel my VIP membership and will not be purchasing any more shirts from here. I feel like it's false advertisement when there's claims of receiving a free shirt and then it turns into $12.99. BIG SHOUT-OUT TO THE SUPPORT TEAM!

This service that they provide is very surprisingly very quick with a quality product. If you find yourself in need of team gear or just your personal interest gear this is a great place to look for it at a reasonable cost. Myself I find myself with a closet full of concert shirts from the last 40 years that have been worn lightly and still fit.
