Really nice coat - well made, soft leather that is consistent in dye and fits perfectly. Even the inside was beautifully finished with a pocket that you usually only see in high end stuff. Also bought a smaller size and they worked with me to exchange for a different size/style. Great communication too. I would definitely buy from them again.

A solid experience all around... great customer service. All dealings (concerning a return) were handled in a prompt, professional manner. Very thorough, and responsive team... My jacket was too large... the return service was stellar. I was offered many options as for exchange, upgrade, full refund, etc. and was able to pick my preference. The process was direct, detailed, and Jane was a delight to work with. She personally responded the next day with all possible options to ensure my satisfaction... A properly positive experience.

Fan Jackets has sent me a great product! I ordered a kill monger hoodie that comes with awesome features like striking front details and waist hand warming pockets. I even wear it at my work because there is no dress code there, so I try out different casual clothes including this hoodie. Had to remove the drawstring because it was no use for me. Looking forward to buy more apparels from this store.
