I purchased a couple coats from them & the coats came as they described;very comfortable & overall Worthy of every cent! Accurate on delivery date on both orders.....1st time ordering was a success so I was comfortable with placing a 2nd order which was the same as 1st.I will be purchasing again soon.Shopping with them you can never go wrong!

This was the first time I ordered from Fan Jackets and was very pleased with their product and service. I ordered a tan leather jacket. It was exactly as advertised, sized correctly per their chart and delivered as scheduled. I consider the jacket good value and would certainly purchase from them again.

I'm impressed with this company! I ordered a Shearling Bomber Jacket from them. I had never ordered a jacket from them before. I hadn't heard anything as far as tracking. So I kept checking every day and it said in process. I emailed the company and they responded and said the carrier had lost the package and asked me if I wanted to continue with the process. I said yes. They said they would try to locate it and if they didn't they would reprocess the item. Long story short, they sent it to me Express and compensated me with a discount which I thought was very nice. The customer service was great and I absolutely LOVE the jacket. It does look like genuine leather and shearling. They even gave me a traveling bag for it. I would probably order from this company again. The quality is excellent.

Wow! That’s all I can say to describe these guys. They make miracles happen. My replacement jacket got here by 12:00 PM on Christmas Eve just as they promised and it had to be specially ordered all the way from Karachi Pakistan. How they made this happen I have no idea. They are very quick to respond to email and very thorough in their responses which makes for great customer service! The jacket itself is GORGEOUS! It is so soft and such high quality! I will never buy another jacket again without going through FanJackets first! Thank you for making my husband’s Christmas gift a huge success!
