Great jacket and great customer service! I ordered this jacket because I finally found exactly the style I wanted -- when the first one arrived damaged, due to a problem in shipping and not by FanJackets, I was disappointed. But FanJackets made the return and exchange easy and pleasant. My new one arrived quickly, perfect in style and true to size. I am going to be the best dressed chaperone at the prom!

I ordered a purple lambskin motojacket. I went by the company's size chart an ordered a 2XL. Jacket came to me within a week but was too small. I iniated a return and replace with a 3XL. Fan Jackets made my return super easy and pleasant. This company paid for all of shipping to and from very fast. I will definitely order from them again. Their Customer Service was very helpful and nice!
