I posted a 1 star review earlier. I truly thought this company was hacked due to the unconventional way they wanted to handle the return. In reality they came trough and I now have the correct size and quality jacket. They even offered me a 25% refund, which is not necessary. The jacket is a quality item and is as described.

When I received my jacket it took longer than we expected to take but when I got it it was too small so I returned it and I received the new size within a week I was so impressed I love my jacket is so much its so beautiful snd so soft and well made and designed iam so satisfied I luv it so much I will be ordering again one day soon I wish they had leather purses Thank you fan jackets

Fan Jackets provided superior customer service, which is rare these days. I needed to make an exchange and they facilitated the process flawlessly. They stayed in communication with me as appropriate and were very kind and professional. My experience was refreshing and I would encourage anyone to give them a try.

I selected a pair of gloves as a X-mas gift. I picked the wrong size... Customer service was excellent in getting a refund to us and I immediately ordered a new pair because the process was a such smooth process. The gloves so far, I've only had them for a couple of weeks, are excellent. I'm looking forward to replacing my leather jacket with one of their products in the future.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the people at fanjackets! I ordered a jacket for myself for Christmas, when it arrived it was too small. They gave me several options as to how they could resolve my issue. I chose to return the coat for a full refund. I was asked to donate the coat to a local charity and provide proof of donation for a full refund! This warmed my heart ❤️ I chose to donate it to a local woman's shelter, all I can say is good for you fanjackets! You made a woman feel very special and happy this Christmas! Thank you for that! I wish more online companies had these values, the world would be a much better place💕 I would not hesitate to order from Fanjackets again!
