Fan JacketsReviews of fanjackets.com

Ordered the wool coat and it arrived on time and as described. I’m very happy with the quality and style. Looks great as dress coat or as casual. Only thing I would point out is that the outer slant pockets are very shallow so won’t hold much other than your hands but 2 interior pockets make up for that. ( note - a review mentioned the pockets so no surprise when I received it )

I needed a larger size & they were quick to do the exchange & the one I have now is perfect! Love it!

Great jackets at a reasonable price, however, my primary reason for writing this review is to give "Fan Jackets" their props for amazing customer service. Companies either don't know or don't care but customer service can make or break a company. When shopping for the first time on any website, i do my du-diligence. I will spend hours searching and reading reviews and that is how i decide if i will order from them or not. Like any other site, i researched Fan Jacket before buying, and i am happy to say, all the positive reviews were on point. I have nothing negative to say about Fan Jackets. There are a few online companies i stopped shopping from solely based on the horrible customer service. Fan Jacket is not one of them. I will continue to shop from them with confidence that if anything should go wrong, Fan Jacket will provide great customer service. And did I mention, the jackets are stylish and good quality. Also, shipping is super fast!

Fanjackets stands by its' name they are "Fans of their customers and they prove that to me by immediately, Upon getting in touch via email in regards to a leather jacket that I had purchased that was a' little too small', They were not only prompt ...like within a 24 hour turn around but also in the servicing of my return An email for returns and feedback did accompanied the process too. I had an eloquent customer service person,Mr. Moses Michael, who instituted the act within a seven day period. The processing of my returns was done in superb time. It's nice to see that some corporations still believe in "great" customer services. This was exemplified! I will be doing purchases in the future because as one knows 'integrity' is important to most of us. "Fanjackets, stood by their website words"

It was nice to see what I wanted from different angles, the size was right, they answered any questions I had.

I was real impressed with the quality of my jacket and coat. My coat was too tight and when I returned it for the next larger size, the exchange was fast. Excellent customer service, I recommend anyone looking for good quality leather items to purchase from Fan Jackets

I own a few leather jackets from fan jackets, They are comfortable and true to size. The delivery is fast, and their customer service is outstanding. Fan jackets go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend this company, honestly. (Also i will be buying my husband and daughters these jackets for their birthdays).

Great purchase! I bought a coat for myself not knowing this company. I will tell you that I received my coat, just as described, fit was perfect! Super fast shipping. I decided to gift my boyfriend a new coat as well. Fit him perfect! I will order from this company again without hesitation. Great prices, awesome customer service. Thank you!!!
