I asked about sizing and it sent me to a size chart. When I ordered the jacket they double checked about the correct size and offered easy return or exchange if it wasn't the right fit. I got a size larger than normal because I wear sweaters under it. I'm glad I did. It's a bit snug in the shoulders and upper arms. Fits great and looks great, all at a great price. I got my jacket in about 7 days. Fast shipping was a bonus. Customer care is on fb messenger which may not be suitable for all customers. Over all I had a great experience!

I was so excited when I saw this gorgeous coat I bought for my husband. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but contacted them to return to exchange for the right size and they were so very fast in returning his coat in the right size I was very pleased with this company. Love the coat and so does he! Great service!!!

I love the quality of the jacket. The leather is sooooo soft. I love the feel. I ordered the wrong size and emailed the company and advised. Within 2 days I received my replacement. Talking about customer service. I will order again.

I love the leather car coat I bought from Fan Jackets. I am impressed with the design, fit and quality of the garment. I'm even more impressed with the company's customer service, which often is the differentiating factor among vendors selling the same products. First, the coat was $10 less than other offerings of the same product online. Second, the first jacket I received was slightly defective. However, working with Fan Jackets to get a replacement was an extremely pleasant and satisfying experience. I had a replacement coat within 10 days of receiving the first one! I happily and wholeheartedly recommend Fan Jackets. A special shout-out to Moses Michael for the excellent handling of my issue. (And I'll say again that I LOVE the coat. ❤️)

Jacket is very soft and fits well (XXL). High quality for a leather jacket at this price. Very happy with purchase.
