I ordered a beautiful black leather jacket in size large, it was too small! So they quickly exchanged it for an XL in an equally beautiful brown leather Bomber jacket! This one was too loose and big, they tried everything to please me! As soon as I figure out my true size I will definitely order from them again!

On December 11, 2023, I ordered a leather jacket. I tried to track the order but the system said something went wrong. The jacket is a Christmas gift for my son. I don't know if the jacket will arrive in time. How can I track it?

My experience was great!! I read previous reviews before ordering and thankfully, I was not let down. The customer service was very helpful, my jacket was too small and I sent an email and received a return label asap. Soon after I received a full refund and purchased the same jacket a larger size. The leather is soft and beautiful! The color is beautiful and since I'm giving this jacket to my 85 year old, very cool mother; I plan to get one for myself.

I was a skeptic! WOW! I received my Fan Jacket blazer today. From the moment I placed my order I was fearful I had thrown money into a black hole never to see it again or the blazer. I was wrong. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with this company and my jacket. I originally ordered two jackets, but I did not like them because they were too big around my waist. I wear a medium and ordered a medium that was too big. This company provided the best customer service I have ever received from any retailer. They truly care about their customers. I first received my jackets in only two days! They responded to my concerns regarding the size quickly and made sure I was a customer who walked away with a smile. Their customer service is what prompted me to try again and get a small in the same jacket but different color (black), and I absolutely LOVE it. It is sooooooo pretty and fits me so nicely. I love it so much that I just ordered another red one last night. I want all colors… smh. You can never have too many jackets, and you can’t beat the price! I already received compliments. I am a happy customer and will be ordering from them again.
