Super impressed. Was a bit skeptical at the beginning but give these guys a try. The 15 dollar promotion was also a nice touch.

I enjoyed the ability to purchase tickets to the game. It was pretty easy to do online. I was however very disappointed in my purchase of a parking pass through them. Especially when that parking cost $58 and when I got to the ballpark … parking was only$30.00. So while I can’t help but feel ripped off about the parking, the rest of my experience on Fanimal went well and smooth. I will come back but I’ll NEVER buy parking.

With price matching, you can match the lowest price available for an event, and their customer service is unbeatable because they are a small business. Usually price matching gets done within a few hours, and I've used customer service multiple times to address ticket issues and had things straightened out really quickly. 10/10
