I was able to use my discount for a ticket and got a really great price on an expensive ticket. Worth using! Only complaint is the ticket transfer process if going through a separate third party, does take a little bit of time but just be patient.

Hi Kristin. I empathize with your frustration and am sorry to hear you feel this way about us. It looks like you were content with our pricing, but just didn't enjoy using the interface of Ticketmaster. We don't blame you! Unfortunately, since the venue you attended has a business deal with Live Nation, only in-app Ticketmaster tickets are accepted for digital delivery. We wish there was a way around this issue, but it's standard for resale marketplaces to require anyone to have to download a venue's official ticketing application to go to an event. I'm sorry we can't be of more help, your mistake was of the rare variety we couldn't help fix. We wish we could alter the Ticketmaster interface ourselves, but it's not a product we have influence over. At Fanimal we're trying to be the good guys of the industry through transparent pricing and our patented group purchase feature, which you used for your order to get a great deal. Since we did not hear anything from you to our support team before the event, it appeared like everything had gone smoothly for your group, so it's very disappointing to see such a bad review.
