Fancy gift is a scam do not order from it. They don’t give you a date and they just keep telling me it’s on the way but will not give me a date it will be delivered. I have to take a screenshot of the tracking information and go to Google to translate it. It’s been saying it’s out for delivery for two days and then today says it’s been approved. I’m guessing delivered it’s saying on a Sunday we don’t get things delivered on Sundays never received my package and I just hope this website gets shut down from these guys taking advantage of people it’s just sad they can’t have an honest income coming in. They would rather steal from people working and saving as much as they possibly can and a person seeing a website where nice stuff is cheap thinking you get a break buy a present for someone without breaking the bank because you have three kids you just got custody of and your just trying to make sure they have something that puts a smile on their face and then boom now you have to tell them you lost out on 60.00 and struggling for no reason. This website needs shut down it’s no good

They claim they shipped my shoe organizer and i never received it. They claimed they shipped a replacement item again with a tracking number and again nothing. They claim to not be able to provide a refund due to low profit margins and offer to send a replacement and keep you in a perpetual loop waiting for something they likely never sent in the first place.

ZERO stars. Scam. Ordered, they took the money, never received item, they promised to re-ship three times, promised a refund, no refund, no product. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a puzzle board, paid for it. They said it was on track for delivery, never received. A SCAM!

Ordered an item from fancysgift.com, was given tracking info, says delivered, yet item has never been delivered. They said to check with my neighbors, yeah, they haven’t seen anything either, which isn’t a surprise based off of the other reviews. Have corresponded with ‘support’ getting told a new item would be shipped. Not going to hold my breath waiting for this to show up! Just going to be happy that I didn’t spend more than I did. Buyer beware, stay away from fancysgift.com!
