I never received my couch and I got a notification today that it was successfully delivered and signed for. I haven't received my couch at all and cant get in touch with anybody or get an email back from these people. Every link they have isn't valid this is such a scam. Now what were all just left with no purchase received and no refund. This was a scam through and through

I am only looking for the couch I ordered. I paid for it and still waiting on shipment. No emails or notifications to keep me posted on its arrival and I feel I've been ripped off. I will NEVER order from fancygifts ever again!

They are a scam and I told my bank and now I am telling Facebook please do not order they say the couch is coming from China and we know tariffs are here and it's just says it's coming and no response for 5 days

Same experience as many of you and this delivery 17track company is also conspirer giving me updates in Chinese and nothing ever arrives.

I place my order since 1/17/25 n told it was delivered while i was sitting by my door n untill now nothing i ordered the air bed king size

Should have read these reviews first. Same thing has happened to me with the boneless sofa. Facebook should not be allowing them to advertise. Dishonorable thieves. Shameful.
