If you're thinking about ordering anything from this website then you may want to reconsider and think again! I recently ordered what looked like a really nice XXL jacket from this website. The trouble is when it finally arrived the jacket was a very small fit and probably an XXL in kids sizes and not actually the advertised jacket at all. Like many on here I paid good money to recieve substandard goods, and by the sound of it I did better than most because according to a lot of people who have purchased from this website they haven't recieved anything at all. To be blunt... avoid at all costs and dump that basket. It's a scam site for sure. I'm not even going to attempt to get a refund and I'm taking the paper thin XXL kids size jacket to the charity shop tomorrow. I'm sure they'll be more than grateful but that does leave me £60.00 out of pocket!! Not a happy bunny! Lesson learned. "Always check website reviews that you haven't used before to see what others are saying about the services on offer before you make your purchase." I suppose that you would naturally assume that Google driven ads are safe? The truth is most are but there are a lot that are not and this is one of the latter. Oh well, more caution needed before purchasing from anywhere online in the future. STAY CLEAR!! Hope this helps.

I placed an order for a summer pant on March 2, 2020 and received my order approximately a month later. My order took a little longer than I expected (reason for the 4 stars vs 5 stars), The fit was great. I really like the style and was very surprised by the quality of the material. Overall I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Love the cool products that they feature. Have ordered from them a couple of times, never had a problem with delivery. A fun company.

A lot of these reviews are clearly not for Fancy.com! They even state other websites in them. Fancy is a great place to shop, and they've made a ton of improvements that I really like. Free shipping and good deals on unique product. I really recommend Fancy (Especially for home decor)

Although the product (cat socks) took longer to arrive (a month) than I expected, and although they are really bad at responding to email, the socks did arrive, they are good quality for the price, and packaged well. Overall pleased with the company, and only took one star off because they don't have good communication.

The Kenzo pullover I ordered turned out to be a fake. Neither the store, not Fancy’s customer service reps would reply me. This is oretty funny considering Fancy sells watches for 10-20k. Maybe those are fake as well.

This company will not communicate with you. The website does not show where is your order. When I finally got the product after more than a month, it came with the wrong color!!!. I wanted to return it but they deleted my account. Since my account does not exist on their site anymore I can't return it. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them!!!
