Have been using this site since 2007 and it's hardly improved over time. Website is confusing. It's great if you want a list of names of distant relatives and that's about it. 23andMe is much better.

This company's results came back too fast, and are way too broad. Save your money and go with Ancestry.com. I called to see what the problem was with them not receiving my sample. I was told that sometimes the P.O. holds their mail until that get a bunch, then they take it over. Mine was days past when it should have gotten there!!

Uploaded from MyHeritage. I know my English is huge, most of my mothers side go back hundreds of years, but according to FTdna its only 22 percent! On myHeritage it was 74% ! Which is spot on. I also know about my Jewish line from Lithuania etc. No mention of that either. Not very good.

Family tree DNA are still using the old method of DNA analysis but ok a lot of people find that fins, the worse bits are the customer service is a big fat zero, do not reply to messages about issues on site and the family tree isa big minus due to the fact it cannot find relatives or even links to your family tree, i have over 16000 people on my tree and it can't cope, its links are not working a t sometimes

I don't know what's going on with this company and their site but the DNA tests they offer seem pretty outdated. There Y-Chrom and Mito-DNA test are based on some OLD technology. I think they might be focusing more on the medical market but they were no help with ancestry.
