Uploaded my raw dna from Myheritage. My father was 3/4 Scandinavian, 1/4 Irish. This is backed up by family knowledge and paper trail. From my grandmother back, all came from Sweden (paper trail backs this up). My great grandmother on his father’s side from Norway. (Paper trail also) My great grandfather was from Ireland. My results from Family Tree DNA showed zero Scandinavian! Zero Irish. My son uploaded his also. Though they confirm mother, son relationship, we matched only about 17% ethnicity. ??? Can not recommend FTDNA.

Company is a FRAUD, do NOT waste your time, money or effort. Basically - paid for product, company does not deliver product but refuses to refund and refuses to respond to customer contact = FRAUD. I ordered a test 8 months ago, the results were delayed no less than 8 times during that period without explanation. When I asked for a refund they refused, then offered to send a new sample kit, which I agreed to. The kit was never sent, and it has now been 2 months without contact from them. I have emailed 3 times and no response, they have closed down their customer support email and now ask you to use a 'contact us' form - just reducing ways that their many cheated customers can get in touch with them.
