It has been well over 2 days and I have not gotten an order confirmation yet, even though my account has already been charged. What’s worse if the at I’ve tried contacting them like 5 times and I haven’t gotten any responses! Starting to think that this website is a scam. Edit: it has now been a week and still no response. This website is a scam! They never emailed me, they never responded. They just took my money and left! Don’t order because you will not get what you ordered!!!

I ordered a full costume and never received it. Instead they only sent me a mask, which I did not order. I'm trying to return it and get a full refund. And, I have not received a response from this company, which I have emailed twice. Never ordering from this company.

Please do not buy from this store! I purchased an animatronic for $362 last October and it arrived broken. They did not stand by it, kept telling me a replacement would be shipped out, and it never was! They finally stopped replying to me emails, and I was left with a hunk of garbage and out a good chunk of money. AWFUL PLACE TO BUY FROM!!

Update after the below response from what is probably a legit site: I reached out to you for help in February and am only now hearing from you in August as a result of a public review. Still not happy with your site either and you should be very concerned about a site trying to scam people based on your name. The review stays. Original Review: Total scam. First of all, there are two websites: family-halloween.com and familyhalloweenstore.com. They have the exact same logo and branding and it's impossible to tell which (if either) is legit. I ordered from family-halloween.com thinking the worst that could happen is I'm out $30, and I am. The confirmation email itself was suspicious and doesn't reference the name of the company or have the same order number as the website. Nothing ever arrived and it's been a month. I've reached out to them 3 times through both the website and the suspicious gmail address provided, with no response. That's when I discovered familyhalloweenstore.com. I reached out to them asking if they knew anything about this other site using their branding, and heard nothing back from them either. As far as I can tell, they are both scams. I currently have a chargeback processing through my bank and hope I get the money back. Avoid both sites.

Would give 0 stars if possible. These people are scammers!!!! Been waiting for a return label for a week for a broken clown! Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Return policy is criminal, do not give this company your money because you’ll never be able to get it back.

Do not order from this company they are scam artists. I ordered a tumbling clown prop and when I opened the box it was fully of dirt, scratched on every surface and had a dead motor. These scam artists sell used broken props advertised as new. They didn’t respond once to several emails and phone calls, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There are so many other reputable sources to buy Halloween items from, you will regret buying from these people.

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order with them and one of the items I got was different from the one I ordered in their shop online. I tried contacting the customer service by email, phone, live chat and Facebook. They have never replied. I would never order with them again.
