The company sold a go kart they didn’t have. After 1 week of trying to contact them to see when and if the product would ship they finally communicated and stated the Kart would ship in 2 days. They wanted more money than the agreed online price. I said fine as long as it will arrive in time. As soon as the payment cleared I was then told they didn’t have the go kart and didn’t know when they’d get it. I was very clear several times to not process anything if the Kart would not arrive by Christmas. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. They said “wrap a picture of the go kart”!!! I asked for a refund and they kept 80$. I used their electronic scam so there was nothing my bank could do. Obviously there is a policy but if you lie to a customer about having something, insure an arrival date and then admit you don’t even have what you sold I’d say the policy wouldn’t apply. Complete and total crooks!! The communication and customer service were by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in an interaction. I was told they didn’t care and to go ahead and write a bad review. Wow!

DO NOT PURCHASE! I placed an order on 11/20/2020. I immediately called them and confirmed that they would be delivered by 12/21/20. Today is 01/20/2020, All I have received from Family Go Karts is excuses and the run-around. They have NO TRACKING info for my order and do not know when my 2 ATV's will be delivered. I am also told that I cannot talk with anyone regarding my order, all I can do is submit a request for tracking by sending them an email. Of which, I do not get a response back. This is unacceptable. These were Christmas gifts for my children and they understood that they may be late. However, at this point, the entire family is angry and disappointed in the unAmerican spirit within this company. I will never purchase from them again and would recommend that no one else does either!

Order was missing parts and it took a while to get straight. Still haven’t receive battery charger

I highly suggest anyone thinking of ordering from here to look elsewhere. In the beginning they were great, then failed on everything after. I called and the customer rep gave helpful advice. I wanted two quad’s, pink and blue. She suggested the vitacci’s since they have them in stock. I placed the order on 11/09. When I get my order verified at 11/27 they didn’t have pink. Huge bummer, I went with black. When the order shipped guess , what... black and burgundy. No verification no notice something changed..nothing. I paid good money on two quads I didn’t want. They didn’t feel apologetic, and did nothing but offer to accept the return minus a $350 shipping fee. What a joke, they get you stuck in a bind right before Christmas when you order well in advanced. Needless to say the kids were disappointed in the color and it was just a waste to try and even surprise them with it. You think them being a Christian company they would treat people as people, but their just a stumbling block. Pay a little more elsewhere and get what you actually ordered

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Don't even consider buying from them! They are a SCAM! I purchased 2 quads on Sept 29, 2020. Money was taking out of my account Sept 30th. I was told 6-8 weeks Definitely before Christmas! Well on Thanksgiving I got an email stating that my quads were going to be shipped and were damaged and they no longer had the quads I wanted in stock and to pick 2 different quads. So after multiple phone conversations, being hung up on and the run around from multiple people I picked out 2 different quads were told yes you'll have them before Christmas! Well December 5th I got an email stating they were sorry and the 2 new quads I ordered were ALSO damaged and they didn't have any more of the ones I wanted in stock! I was suggested 2 wait till AFTER CHRISTMAS TO GET QUADS AND TAKE A PICTURE OF QUADS WRAP IN A BOX KIDS WILL BE HAPPY! My kids are 6 & 3 NO THEY ARE NOT going to be "happy" with a picture of quads! So the rep who was emailing me back and forth said I could also cancel my order MINUS a 2% restocking fee instead of the normal 5% fee. I'm sorry but why am I being punished and your keeping my money when you messed up! It took 7 days to get my money back of course minus the 2% they held! I'm telling you this place is a SCAM! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I have all the emails to prove this! How can you order something in September and not have it available 12 weeks later?!?! Also they charged me an extra $200 for shipping bc I was not in a state that allowed quads so be shipped! Well let me tell you I found a place Dec 5th ordered 2 quads was NOT charged shipping spent $200 less then family go karts charged me the owner of the new place has personally emailed me all the details on shipment when they will be arriving every detail! And they are at my house already! Take it for what it's worth don't want anyone else getting the run around and scammed like I did! Also to note I NEVER write reviews especially bad ones especially with what is going on to small businesses these days but these people truly screwed me! I would give them ZERO stars!

Old lady that answers the phone lost them a $2000 sale and possible future sales for being the rudest most unprofessional Person I’ve dealt with. My sister and parents were also gunna buy an power wheel and two go karts after I showed them what I got, nope not no more! Well shop locally before me, my family or anyone I know give nasty rude people hard earned money!!Wanted to change an order I made not even 18 hours later when no charges even went thru,(I just canceled card and got a new one sent)she got an attitude from the start and was like wow I’ll see but I’m not making you any promises you should have ordered what you wanted??followed by a smart creepy tone and then said she was the manager when I asked why her bosses would give her a phone and said “ya isn’t that something”then started chuckling and this is all after she answered the phone like “happy holidays” then goes straight into being a disrespectful old hag.. she honestly reminded me of the old lady from the movie Devil..there Christian religion stuff they have on there website is so pathetic and fake especially after you listen to how they talk and treat people.. they got bad reviews everywhere for a reason stay away from people like this when spending too dollar!! The younger lady I talked to the day before was so much better nicer and was helping me out it’s unfortunate for them they have the devil herself in there messing it up. Read the reviews, Stay Away!!!!

They do NOT honor the 1 year warranty. They don't respond to customers. When you send a video they pick it apart to find "user error"!

Dishonest... they dont even follow thier own policies. Stole our money! BEWARE!
