I paid $2,000 for a gokart i ordered in april and never recieved. No calls, no text or email... until i started calling them at which point.. their unproffessional "scam team" would put me on hold every tim err i called saying crap like... " hold on, i hsve to use yhe bathroom" or " im grocery shoppong with my kids" WTH? last they tried telling me they nrver chatged my card, which i have proof they did charge, but since i considered them fraudulent, closed mt account. Ay this point they said they returned payment to mg account which is impossible as i moved banks. BEWARE. THESE TRASHY PEOPLE ARE A TOTAL SCAM!

We ordered a 4 wheeler at the end of May. It arrived missing the front racks and everything to hold the handle bars on. Tried calling and emailing and constantly got the run around. Was told the first week in July parts would be in. The last week of July and we're still waiting. Also, we paid for the extra kit for oil, etc and still nothing on that either. I do not recommend this company.

It has been over a month since I last spoke to them for my title they said 3 to 5 weeks when I spoke to them yesterday they said it could be another six weeks these people are criminals they do that so your 60 day return policy runs out it is a criminal enterprise and I’m sure the person to have on the phone curses on people all day long further than that I think they have a fake squad of people writing reviews, stay away

We ordered 2 of the child's size Monster 500 ATV vehicles back in early April. We still don't have them in mid June. We called about them and they claimed they were still "waiting to clear customs." They charged us a $100 not refundable access fee, and wouldn't give us a refund on our order because it "already shipped."

Horrible experience with this company. We ordered two ATVs, one was not ready to ship so we agreed to still pay for it up front and wait for it to be in stock and ship. We received the other ATV and it does not start. The only support is via email and after a month and a half of exchanging emails, the ATV still does not start. We canceled the order for the other ATV that had not shipped due to our poor experience. This is a third party company and items that they sell do not originate from family go karts. Do yourself a favor and at least buy local so you have a physical location you can contact if something goes wrong.

Thanks for the warning. I won't be using this company. 5-30-21 glad I decided to buy a 500cc

Old lady receptionist is very rude and should not be involved in customer service

First off, our kart was supposed to arrive for Christmas, but was delayed until late January. I know Covid caused issues, but they did not communicate anything to us. We had to track the unit down and help arrange delivery - which was also flawed as they sent a truck with a lift too small to bring it to street level, so we had to build a ramp to get it off the truck (4 hours gone!). The kart arrived with many issues, broken parts and without assembly instructions. It's taken months to get responses, they still have not shipped any of the necessary parts to fix the problem (even the safety buckles!!!), so the $4500 Christmas present is still useless. I would never buy from this place again.
